Returns & Refund
There are no returns and refunds on the services offered by us. All services provided by Maghi Digital are digital and service-based in nature, including music distribution and related digital services. Payments once processed through the payment gateway are used strictly for registered business services only.
Refunds (if applicable)
A refund may be issued in the following specific circumstances:
- Quality Check Failure: If your uploaded song does not pass our Quality Check test, you will be notified and the amount will be refunded within 7-8 days.
- Status-Based Requests: A refund can be requested via mail until your song status is Processing, QC Pending, or QC Approved. Once the status changes to Completed, we cannot offer a refund.
- Delivery Guarantee: We will refund the full amount if your song is not LIVE on any platform within 15 days of upload.
- Internal Takedown: We will refund your song if we initiate a takedown from our end.
- Defects: Refunds are offered if there are technical defects on our part, but no refunds are available on subscriptions that have concluded.
No Refund Cases
Maghi Digital will not issue a refund in the following cases:
- Forced takedown requested by the uploader.
- Takedown by a third party due to infringement of rights/copyright.
- Misbehavior or use of inappropriate words towards our staff.
- Requests made after 1 month of any subscription.
- Cover Songs: If a song is identified as a cover song, the order will be cancelled with no refund.
- Unauthorized uploads or uploads of cover songs without appropriate rights.
Atlantis CRBT Compliance
As per the content guidelines from Atlantis CRBT, any content containing the following will not go live and is considered non-compliant. No refunds are issued for these rejections:
- Brand Names
- Prank Content
- Political Content
- Advertisements
- Corporate Songs/Tones
- National Anthems
- Current Affairs
- Protest-related content
- Objectionable Words
- IVRS Recordings
