Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Maghi Digital provides digital music support and release management services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refunds are applicable only where services have not yet been initiated or delivered, except where otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility Period

Refund requests must be raised within the following timeframes:

• Service Fees: Within 7 days from the date of payment
• Subscription Plans: Within 14 days from the subscription start date
• One-Time Services: Before service initiation or processing begins

Requests made outside these periods may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Technical Issues

• Prolonged service unavailability exceeding 48 hours
• System errors preventing access to paid services
• Verified technical issues caused solely by our platform

Service Non-Initiation

• Paid services not initiated within the communicated timeframe
• Failure to provide agreed service components due to internal issues

Billing Errors

• Duplicate payments for the same service
• Incorrect charges due to system error
• Unauthorized transactions verified after investigation

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Services already initiated or completed
• Platform coordination or submission processes already started
• Third-party costs, processing fees, or gateway charges
• Custom services already delivered or executed
• Promotional or marketing services already commenced
• Reports, analytics access, or data services already generated
• Subscriptions used beyond the eligible refund period

5. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

• Full refund within 14 days of first activation
• No refunds after the refund eligibility period

Annual Subscriptions

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase
• Pro-rated refunds may be considered only if services are discontinued by Maghi Digital

Refund eligibility depends on service usage and initiation status.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Email us at support@maghidigital.in
• Include your registered email ID and transaction reference number
• Clearly state the reason for the refund request
• Attach supporting details if applicable

All refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within the following timelines:

• UPI / Net Banking: 2–5 business days
• Debit / Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
• Bank Transfers: 3–7 business days
• Digital Wallets: As per provider timelines

Refunds are processed through the original payment method, where feasible.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where:

• A portion of the service has been delivered
• Subscription usage is minimal and within eligibility
• Service disruption affects part of the paid period

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage users to contact us before initiating any chargeback. Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in:

• Temporary suspension of services
• Additional administrative processing
• Delays in dispute resolution

We aim to resolve concerns through direct communication wherever possible.

10. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be applicable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions or regulatory changes
• Third-party platform downtime
• Internet service disruptions
• Security incidents or cyber events

11. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of their membership or specific services at any time. The following terms apply to cancellations:

• Voluntary Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Content Removal: Cancellation of service does not automatically remove content already distributed to stores. Request for content takedown must be submitted separately and may be subject to processing fees.
• Termination by Maghi Digital: We reserve the right to cancel memberships or withhold services for violations of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to premium features, detailed analytics, and priority support may be revoked immediately or at the end of the term, depending on the plan.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
