Anti-Piracy Statement

1. OUR COMMITMENT

Maghi Digital is committed to protecting the intellectual property of artists. We have a zero-tolerance policy for music piracy, unauthorized uploads, and fraudulent activities that undermine the music industry's integrity.

2. ARTIFICIAL STREAMING DETECTION

We utilize advanced AI-based monitoring to detect artificial streaming (use of "bot farms," looping, or automated services to inflate play counts). Any release identified as having artificial streams will be:

• Immediately taken down from all DSPs.
• Excluded from royalty payments.
• The associated account will be permanently banned.

3. METADATA FRAUD & IMPERSONATION

Uploads that attempt to impersonate existing artists, use misleading titles to trick listeners, or contain "SEO-spam" metadata are strictly prohibited. Such content will be rejected during the quality check process.

4. REPORTING PIRACY

If you find your music has been uploaded to Maghi Digital without your permission, please contact our support team at support@maghidigital.in immediately with proof of ownership.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & FORFEITURE

Users found to be uploading content they do not own or engaging in fraud will have their accounts permanently banned. All accrued royalties in the account will be forfeited to cover legal and administrative costs associated with the violation.
